1. Who we are

FX Pulse ("FX Pulse", "we", "us", "our") is a forex signal aggregation service operated from Nairobi, Kenya. We collect trading signals from independent source traders and platforms, format them, and distribute them to subscribers via our website and Telegram. By creating an account or subscribing to any plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Not financial advice, trading risk

FX Pulse is a signal-aggregation and notification service only. Nothing on this site, in our Telegram channels, or in any email is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Foreign exchange and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and losses can exceed deposits depending on your broker and instrument. Leverage can work against you as much as for you. You are solely responsible for evaluating each signal, for your own trading decisions, for the broker and account you trade with, and for your own risk management (including position sizing and use of stop-loss orders).

Past performance, including any win rate, pip count, or leaderboard statistic shown on this site, is not indicative of future results. Statistics are calculated from closed signals in our own database and are not independently audited.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe.
• You must provide accurate registration information (including a working email address) and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale or redistribution of signals or channel content, or violation of these Terms.

4. Subscription plans and billing

• We offer a Free tier and a paid VIP tier. Plan features and pricing are shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; changes apply to future billing cycles, not to a period you've already paid for.
• Payments are processed by our payment processor, Paystack, and (for legacy/manual top-ups) by M-Pesa. We do not store your full card or mobile-money credentials, those are handled by the payment processor directly.
• VIP access is activated for the period you paid for (shown at checkout and in your receipt email) and does not renew automatically unless the checkout flow you used explicitly says so. It is your responsibility to renew before expiry if you want uninterrupted access.
• Refunds: because VIP access unlocks digital content (signal levels and the VIP Telegram channel) immediately on payment, payments are generally non-refundable once VIP access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion for a genuine billing error. Contact support@fxintelhub.live if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Referral program

Where offered, referral rewards are paid only once the referred user makes a qualifying VIP payment, are subject to manual verification, and may be withheld or reversed if we reasonably suspect abuse (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts, or payment reversal/chargeback on the qualifying payment). We may change or discontinue the referral program at any time for new referrals.

6. Telegram delivery

Free and VIP signals are also posted to our Telegram channels. Your use of Telegram is subject to Telegram's own terms of service and privacy policy, which we do not control. Losing access to a Telegram channel does not entitle you to a refund if you still have equivalent access via the website dashboard for the plan you paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: redistribute, resell, or publicly repost VIP signals or channel content; attempt to circumvent tier/paywall gating; scrape or bulk-extract data from the site; or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FX Pulse and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any signal, statistic, or content we provide, or from downtime, delayed signal delivery, or inaccuracies in signals sourced from third-party traders. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Placeholder, confirm the intended governing law and dispute-resolution forum with counsel, especially if you expect subscribers outside Kenya.]
